About
Karl Robinson is without a doubt the best manager in the clubs history. Yes, others might have left with a better win ratio but Robinson occupied the Dons dug out for longer than anyone else. Six and half years, if you want to put a number on it.
Along with Paul Ince, Robbo was a man of club firsts. Firsts that are yet to become seconds. Promotion to the Championship being his greatest achievement.
His success also created a frame work for the club to go by. Ince may have been the first to introduce passing football to Milton Keynes but the liverpudlian evolved it and grew it into the clubs identity along with promotion of youth as one of their core values. This is an ethos the club still tries to stick by now.

About
Paul Ince arrived in the summer of 2007 on the back of saving Macclesfield Town from relegation out of the football league.
This was seen as an eye catching appointment given his playing career. Inheriting a good squad with a settled spine certainly helped the former England International.
Excellent in possession and devastating on the wings, the men from MK1 stormed to the league two title.
Like his predecessor, Martin Allen, Ince too would be snapped up by a bigger club in the form of then Premier league side Blackburn Rovers.
His second spell was not so successful and ended in a mid table finish in league one.
